Support Engineer/Lead

We’re currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Support Engineer/Lead to join our rapidly growing organization based in Washington, D.C. In this position, you’ll assist customers to diagnose and resolve issues running JackBe product.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Interact with customers to understand their issues and manage their support needs;
  • Communicate resolution plan and progress, and manage customers’ expectation;
  • Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to assess the severity and impact, identify root causes, and provide remedy when possible;
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of the resolution of customer issues;
  • Manage internal effective communication regarding customer escalation;
  • Collaborate and leverage other internal resources.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industry experiences in customer support or related professions: product development, professional services
  • Familiar with enterprise software and technologies: Java/JavaScript, SOA;
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability;
  • Strong communication and people skills;
  • Ability to handle various types of customer escalation situations;
  • Demonstrated organization and teamwork skills.
