Platform Engineer

Required Qualities include:

Very high technical competence and a passion for technology;
A keen eye for creative user experience and developing solutions that delight users;
A track record of outstanding coding efforts and individual technical accomplishments;
3-5 years experience doing product development;
Extensive knowledge and experience with Ajax, JavaScript, and other RIA technologies;
3 -7 years development skills and object oriented design experience, including working knowledge of core libraries and design patterns;
Knowledge and experience in enterprise application development, web services, databases;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualities include:

Knowledge of open source Ajax frameworks such as Dojo, YahooUI, GWT, Scriptaculous, etc.;
Experience with client-side RIA technologies, including Flash, Adobe Flex, or similar;
MS in Computer Science or comparable degree.
